New England IPA – Alc. 6.5% vol | Degree Plato 14.5 | 40 IBU

Beer style: New England IPA. IPA-style beer originating in the northeastern United States. Unlike traditional IPAs, this version is smoother on the palate and has a lower alcohol content. Its aromatic profile is intensely fruity, and its high protein content gives it its characteristically cloudy appearance.

Tasting notes: It has an orangey-yellow color and a dense, white head. Aromas of ripe fruit and citrus stand out on the nose, while the palate is silky and balanced, with a long, persistent aftertaste.

Water, barley malt, oat flakes, wheat flakes, hops (Mosaic, Simcoe and Galaxy) and yeast.
